Nigeria’s Flying Eagles held their first training session since arriving in Mendoza, Argentina on Friday.
The two-hour session held at the Mendoza Technical Center focused mainly on recovery after Wednesday’s arrival in the city.
Ladan Bosso’s charges spent 10 days in Buenos Aires for a camping programme before travelling to Mendoza.
The Flying Eagles played two friendlies against local side Club Almirante Brown and Colombia while in Buenos Aires.
The West Africans defeated Almirante 3-2 and held Colombia to a 3-3 draw.
The Eagles will take on debutants Dominican Republic in their first game at the 2023 FIFA U-20 World Cup at the Estadio Malvinas Argentinas, Mendoza on Sunday.
The two-time finalists will do battle with Italy also in Mendoza on May 24.
Their final group game is against five-time champions Brazil at the Estadio Ciudad La Plata three days later.
