The Nigerian Navy has dismissed as “unfounded and baseless a report by an online publication alleging fraud against the Chief of the Naval Staff, Emmanuel Ogalla.
The publication had alleged that the Navy Chief was involved in a multibillion Naira oil bunkering deal and contract-splitting. It also alleged the Ogalla collected over $170million in bribe money to free seized vessels involved in oil bunkering.
The Navy Headquarters has however dismissed all the allegations accusing the publication of blackmail
