Chance The Rapper and his wife Kirsten Corley, American celebrity couple, announced that they will be having a divorce.
The couple said they came to the decision after a period of separation in a joint statement that was posted on the rapper’s Instagram account on Wednesday.
According to the statement, they will take joint legal custody of their daughters.
“After a period of separation, the two of us have arrived at the decision to part ways. We came to this decision amicably and with gratitude for the time we spent together.
“God has blessed us with two beautiful daughters who we will continue to raise together,” the statement partly read.
The couple welcomed their first child together, Kensil, in 2015 when they were still dating.
After splitting up in 2016, they got back together in 2018 and tied the knot in March 2019.
In September 2019, they announced that they had welcomed their second daughter named Marli.
