‘You’re my treasure’ – Sharon Ooja tells husband as they exchange wedding vows in Abuja

Nigerian actress Sharon Ooja has tied the knot with Ugo Nwoke in a white wedding ceremony held in Abuja, just two days after their traditional ceremony. The event was attended by friends, family, and colleagues who gathered to celebrate the couple.

Notable Nollywood figures such as Kunle Remi, Timini Egbuson, Lilian Afegbai, Nancy Isime, and Etim Effiong were among the guests. Bisola Aiyeola served as Ooja’s chief bridesmaid, attending to her wedding dress during the festivities.

The wedding ceremony was officiated by Bolaji Idowu, the general overseer of Harvesters church. During the vows, Ooja expressed her deep affection for Ugo, referring to him as her “treasure” and showering him with endearing nicknames while expressing gratitude for his love.

Ugo reciprocated by acknowledging the positive impact Sharon had on his life since they met. He vowed to cherish and honor their relationship with trust and understanding.

The white wedding followed controversial claims made by Nigerian blogger Stella Dimoko, alleging that Ugo Nwoke had been married three times before. Bisola Aiyeola dismissed these claims as false assertions aimed at disrupting Sharon Ooja’s peace.

Subsequently, videos allegedly from Ugo’s previous wedding and court documents related to his divorce from Chinenye Florence, his ex-wife in 2022, surfaced online.

Neither Ugo nor Ooja have publicly addressed these allegations.
