Political activist and convener of the human rights group Concerned Nigerians Deji Adeyanju has announced the arrival of his first child, a baby girl, with his wife, Nana Bello.
Adeyanju shared the joyous news on his X account on Sunday evening, expressing his gratitude and delight at the new addition to their family.
“God has just blessed my wife and I with a beautiful baby girl. And we are grateful and delighted. The Lord has done it finally, finally, finally!” Adeyanju wrote.
The couple, who married in December 2023, celebrated their union with a wedding ceremony at the Shehu Musa Yar’Adua Centre and a reception at the International Conference Centre (ICC) in Garki, Abuja.
Reflecting on their marriage, Nana Bello described their union as “two hearts with one love” and expressed a desire for God’s love to be the “centre of our marriage.”
In an Instagram post, Nana shared her thoughts on their relationship, saying, “Through God’s grace, our paths intertwined, and now we stand on the threshold of our forever. In these moments captured, I see His love shining through us, guiding us towards a lifetime of faith, hope, and love. With each step we take, I pray we always remember to keep Him at the center of our marriage, trusting in His plan for us.
I am blessed beyond measure to walk this journey with you, my love. Together, let us build a foundation of unwavering faith and a love that reflects His glory. In The Name of Jesus Christ Amen.”
