Monday Gift of the Super Falcons has been nominated for November’s Spanish Liga F Player of the Month award.
It is the first time Monday has been nominated for the individual award.
During the month, the 22-year-old scored one goal and assisted once for her side UD Tenerife.
Another Nigerian, Edna Imade is also in the running for the award.
Imade was on target three times for Granada in the month.
The other nominees for the award are; Andreia Jacinto, Arola Aparicio, Boe Risa, Patri Guijarro and Allegra Poljak.
Super Falcons captain Rasheedat Ajibade won the award in September.
The Athletico Madrid winger was the first player to win the award since it was introduced.
