MoneyMaster provides data bundles to customers

MoneyMaster Payment Service Bank (PSB) has launched a new initiative offering 100MB of data to customers with every transaction. This data offer, available to new customers, aims to encourage the unbanked and underbanked population to create mobile wallets via the bank’s USSD banking platform.

Julius Arhebun, the Head of Agency Banking at MoneyMaster, explained that the initiative is part of the bank’s commitment to promoting financial inclusion. “As a payment service bank, one of our core mandates is to foster financial inclusion. This data offer complements our ongoing efforts in financial education, both online and across our various customer touchpoints,” Arhebun said.

The 100MB data bundle is designed to make it easier for Nigerians, especially those in unbanked and underbanked communities, to open and manage mobile wallets. These wallets are linked to customers’ mobile numbers, providing a simple and accessible way to participate in digital financial services.

MoneyMaster PSB is dedicated to providing innovative digital financial products that improve lives and promote sustainable development. The bank’s mission is to enhance financial inclusion by bridging the gap between the banked, underbanked, and unbanked populations in Nigeria.
