The Governing Council, led by Chairman Sen. Victor Ndoma-Egba, OFR, CON, SAN, remains resolute in its zero-tolerance policy toward sexual harassment and misconduct,” the statement read.

“We urge all stakeholders to respect due process and avoid interference, speculation, or the spread of misinformation. FUOYE is committed to safeguarding the rights and well-being of its academic community while upholding the highest ethical standards,” said Ogunmodede.

FUOYE assures students, staff, and other stakeholders that the university remains committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
