At Least One Dead as Business Jets Collide at U.S. Airport

A tragic aviation accident at Scottsdale Airport in Arizona has left one person dead and several others injured after a business jet collided with another plane on the runway.
Authorities report that a Learjet 35A, after landing, veered off the runway and crashed into a stationary Gulfstream 200 business jet. Emergency crews worked swiftly to free a person trapped inside one of the aircraft.
While the exact number of passengers aboard the planes is still unknown, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) confirmed they have temporarily halted flights into the airport.
Five individuals were involved in the crash, with one pronounced dead at the hospital, two critically injured and transported to trauma centers, and another in stable condition.
This incident is the latest in a series of deadly aviation disasters in the U.S., following several recent tragedies.
Earlier this year, a mid-air collision between a passenger jet and a US Army helicopter claimed the lives of all 67 people aboard both aircraft, while another crash involving a medical plane in Philadelphia left seven dead and 19 others injured. Just last week, a small plane crash in Alaska claimed the lives of all 10 passengers on board.
