Afrobeat phenomenon Wizkid has talked about his friendship with fellow Grammy winner Burna Boy.
In a recent interview, Wizkid said that they first linked up while working on Burna Boy’s album “African Giant.”
Despite an initial hitch, he shared a comical story from their collaborative session in which he revealed things took an unexpected turn due to the fact that he was drunk.
Wizkid went on to call Burna Boy his family, adding that it’s inevitable that two wonderful people in the same room will create some incredible music.
In his words;
“Burna Boy and I are like family, when you have two great people in the room, you are bound to make amazing music.”
