Nigerian music veteran Eedris Abdulkareem claims that senior colleague Charly Boy betrayed him for financial gain.
The disbanded “Remedies” music star in a viral video, described Charly Boy as “a man who lacks integrity”.
Revisiting his age-long rift with 50 Cent, he said that “Charly boy is not a person of integrity, especially when it comes to money. He sold me out.”
Recall the incident where 50 Cent had in 2004 visited Nigeria alongside his crew for a ‘Star Mega Jams’ concert and how the event was marred with heated controversies after 50 Cent and Eedris fell out over a deal, which eventually forced the US rapper out of Nigeria?
In an interview a few days prior, Charly Boy claimed that he had mobilized roughly 3,000 motorcycle riders to the airport to confront 50 Cent for allegedly threatening Eedris after the singer supposedly called him in distress.
This claim has resulted in Eedris’s recent outburst.
