EFCC boss Olukoyede orders investigation into alleged N15m bribe paid by Bobrisky

The Executive Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Ola Olukoyede, has ordered an immediate investigation into bribery allegations made by Idris Okuneye, known as Bobrisky, in a viral video.

In the video, posted by Martins Vincent Otse (aka VeryDarkMan), Bobrisky claimed that certain EFCC officers demanded N15 million from him to dismiss money laundering charges

In response, Olukoyede has formed a dedicated team of investigators to probe these allegations.

The EFCC’s Head of Media and Publicity, Dele Oyewale, issued a statement confirming that both Okuneye and Otse are invited to appear at the EFCC’s Lagos office to assist in the investigation.

The commission emphasized its commitment to thoroughly examining the claims and ensuring that the findings will be made public.
