#EndBadGovernance: Protests Resume In Port Harcourt Monday – Organisers

Organisers of the ‘End Hunger’ protest in Port Harcourt, Rivers State have said they will converge at Federal Secretariat, along Aba Road on Monday, to continue their demonstration.

The protesters had continued the protests into Sunday, although the turnout was quite low compared to the first three days.

They were said to have partially blocked part of the Aba Road flyover with a bathtub, chanting and singing.

On Sunday, while there was a significant presence of security operatives, there was, however, no confrontation between the police and the protesters as interactions between both parties remained cordial as before.
