Ex-Napoli Forward Criticises Osimhen for Missing Too Many Penalties

Victor Osimhen has been advised by former Napoli striker Stefan Schwoch to stay away from taking penalty kicks for the team.
The Nigerian international, in Schwoch’s opinion, is not adept at accepting penalties.
The attacker failed to score from the spot during Napoli’s spirited 2-1 triumph against Juventus last weekend.

Giancomo Raspadori saved his blushes by slotting in the rebound.
Schwoch stated Osimhen is missing too many penalties and that he is a good attacker.

“It’s impossible not to save it (Osimhen’s penalty), given his body posture. Three errors out of seven attempts from the spot are too many,” Schwoch made the comments on Tuesday during Italian TV program, Il bello del calcio.

“There are phenomenal players who, however, aren’t skilled from eleven metres. Osimhen appears to be one of them,”

The 25-year-old has scored 11 goals in 15 league appearances for the reigning Serie A champions.
