Firm partners NexHub to boost creative exports

Bruit Costaud, one of Nigeria’s leading strategic policy communications and government affairs firms, has announced a partnership with NexHub to promote Nigeria’s creative exports globally. The collaboration aims to leverage the combined expertise of both organizations to position Nigeria as a cultural powerhouse.

Bruit Costaud, a policy advisory and strategic communications firm affiliated with the US-based Ballard Partners, specializes in the culture, tourism, and creative industries. NexHub, on the other hand, is focused on advancing Nigeria’s non-oil export operations.

Lai Mohammed, the Managing Partner of Bruit Costaud and former Minister of Information, Culture, and Tourism, highlighted the transformative potential of the partnership, saying, “Nigeria’s cultural heritage is not just a resource; it’s our identity. Through this partnership, we are committed to preserving and showcasing the best of our music, films, art, food, and traditions to the world.” Mohammed, who also serves as Special Adviser to the Secretary-General of the United Nations World Tourism Organisation, added that the initiative would also boost tourism and attract investment to Nigeria.

NexHub’s Managing Director, Babatunde Faleke, echoed Mohammed’s sentiments, emphasizing the significance of the agreement in reshaping Nigeria’s global image. “Our collaboration with Bruit Costaud is a significant step in redefining how Nigerian creative talents and cultural heritage are perceived globally,” Faleke stated. He further noted that the partnership would create platforms to empower Nigerian creatives and provide international opportunities.

The agreement, which is set to last for an initial three years, is expected to generate foreign exchange, boost tourism, and promote Nigeria’s creative excellence and cultural diversity.
