Hefty Price Tag Hampering Nwabali’s Move To Kaizer Chiefs

Due to his high price tag, Kaizer Chiefs are finding it difficult to pursue their interest in Super Eagles goalkeeper Stanley Nwabali.

One team interested in the Chippa United shot stopper is the Amakhosi.

South African reports state that Chippa United is asking for about R30 million, or £1.3 million, in order to sell the Nigerian international.

Nwabali has been linked with a move to Kaizer Chiefs since his impressive performance for Nigeria at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.

Sky Bet Championship club Queens Park Rangers and El-Ettifaq of Saudi Arabia are among the clubs also rumoured to be interested in the goal tender.

The 27-year-old has two years remaining on his contract with Chippa United.
