Nollywood actress and producer Ruth Kadiri has promised to revolutionize Nigerian cinema.
Kadiri revealed this in an Instagram post, assuring her fans and the general public of her commitment to building a long-lasting brand that will win their trust.
While outlining her vision for the transformation, Kadiri noted that she does not depend on others in the industry for promotion.
In her words;
“The way my brain functions, I ask myself what would become of my brand if I had no promotional help. Truthfully, I do not bank on anyone so when you choose not to offer help, I’m not really bothered.
“I will change the pattern in Nigerian cinema, I promise you all. You will watch my movie not because someone begged you to watch it, but because you trust me. I am here to build a brand of longevity that definitely does not require constant begging.
“I, Ruth Kadiri, am not in a hurry; don’t worry about that. Building a solid structure is all I’m about.”
