American rapper, record producer, singer, songwriter, and fashion designer, Kanye West, said he created “every style of music” that has dominated pop culture during the last 20 years.
Ye as he is also known as implied that he was the inventor of basement, modern R&B, trap, and drill.
He added that he inspired the musical styles of his colleagues, The Weeknd, Drake and Travis Scott, as well as Future and Young Thug.
In his words;
“I created this genre. I created Weeknd’s genre, Trav, Drake. I’m gon’ head and say it with all love Future and Thug also.”
