Ken Nnamani Describes Wife’s Passing As Devastating, Sad And Unfortunate
The wife of former Senate President, Ken Nnamani , Lady Jane Amechi Udewo Nnamani is dead.
This was confirmed in a statement personally issued today, Thursday by the former Senate President.
The mother of four, reportedly in her late 50s, died on Thursday, May 4, 2023 at the National Orthopedic Hospital, Enugu, from complications arising from surgery.
“It is with a heavy heart that I announce the passing of my beloved wife, Lady Jane Amechi Udewo Nnamani (nee Onah), on Thursday, 4th May 2023, at Orthopaedic Hospital, Enugu, after a brief illness, aged 58.
“My children and I are deeply pained by this very sudden, devastating, sad and unfortunate incident.
“Lady Jane was not just my wife and the mother of our four children, she was my friend, confidante, manager of our home, a great pillar of support to me and our children and the glue that held the family together. This is one loss my children and I will ever find extremely difficult to come to terms with.
“May Almighty God grant the soul of my loving wife eternal rest in His bosom. Amen!”
The former Senate President further revealed in a interview that his late wife, Jane, was diabetic, a health condition she couldn’t recover from.
This seems to rubbish claims making the rounds on the social media that the late lady Jane died as a result of complications arising from a“minor” surgery alluded to by some persons in certain quarters as a tummy-tuck cosmetic procedure.
On his personal state of health, the former lawmaker declared himself as fit as a fiddle with no health challenges of note.
