American pop star, Lady Gaga has officially announced her engagement to her French lover, Michael Polansky.
The 38-year-old singer revealed she’s engaged to the 46-year-old Frenchman during a conversation with the French prime minister Gabriel Attal at the Paris Olympics over the weekend.
In a TikTok post Attal shared a short clip of the singer introducing herself and her partner.
While introducing Polansky, she surprised fans by saying: “This is my fiancé.”
The couple first sparked dating rumours after they were spotted together at a New Year’s Eve party in Las Vegas in 2019.
In March this year, they celebrated Gaga’s 38th birthday with a group of friends at Giorgio Baldi in California.
While performing at the Paris Olympic Games’ opening ceremony, Gaga claimed that, despite not being French, she had “always felt a very special connection with French people and singing French music.”
