Lagos Signs MoU with Summa Group to Construct Lekki-Epe Int’l Airport

The Lagos State government has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Summa Group, a renowned construction company, for the development and construction of an international airport in the Lekki-Epe area.

This was announced by Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu in a statement on his X handle on Saturday. He stated that the Lekki-Epe International Airport would enhance travel and open up new opportunities for businesses and residents across the state.

The governor emphasized, “We have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the internationally renowned Summa Group to develop and construct the highly anticipated Lekki-Epe International Airport.

This groundbreaking initiative is crucial to our vision of improving connectivity in Lagos, boosting economic growth, and attracting global investments. The airport will not only enhance travel but also create new opportunities for businesses and residents throughout the state. Lagos leads, always.”
