LASEPA Shuts Down Donald’s Fast Food Over Noise Pollution and Environmental Violations

The Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency (LASEPA) has officially sealed Donald’s Fast Food, a popular restaurant owned by Pascal Chibuike Okechukwu, also known as Cubana Chiefpriest.

Lagos State Commissioner for Environment and Water Resources, Tokunbo Wahab, announced the closure on Sunday through his X (formerly Twitter) account. Wahab stated that the decision was made due to persistent noise pollution and violations of environmental regulations by the restaurant.

The establishment, located on Adebayo Doherty Street in Lekki 1, was shut down by LASEPA after repeated failures to adhere to environmental guidelines, despite numerous warnings and abatement notices issued to the restaurant.

“After several warnings and abatement notices, LASEPA has sealed Donald’s Fast Food on Adebayo Doherty Street, Lekki 1, due to noise pollution and other environmental infractions,” Wahab said.
