Mr Macaroni Vows to Continue Opposing Oppression, Warns Against Judging Fellow Celebrities

Nigerian actor and content creator, Adebowale Adedayo, better known as Mr Macaroni, has reaffirmed his commitment to fighting against citizen oppression and bad governance in Nigeria. The popular comedian, who has built a reputation for speaking out on social issues, emphasized that his activism has always been part of his identity, long before he gained fame.
In a recent post on X (formerly Twitter), Mr Macaroni vowed to remain vocal about injustices in the country, asserting that his stand against oppression is unwavering. He wrote, “I would never stop speaking up against the oppression of the people and against bad governance. That is what I have always stood against even before fame.”
However, the actor also shared a word of caution, urging the public not to hold other celebrities to the same level of accountability in their activism. He explained, “Please do not hold other celebrities to the same standard, especially when the people themselves are not accountable.”
Mr Macaroni’s post highlights his belief that societal change must come from the people themselves, not just from public figures. His stance reflects his ongoing dedication to using his platform to advocate for justice, while also recognizing that not everyone may share the same approach or commitment to activism.
