The National Assembly has postponed the resumption of plenary, originally scheduled for January 23, to the 30th of the month.
On December 30, 2023, the National Assembly adjourned plenary, after the passage of the N28.7 trillion budgets for the 2024 financial year.
However, it has extended its New Year break by one week, moving the resumption date from January 23 to 30.
In a message addressed to all members of the House of Representatives, the Clerk to the House of Representatives, Yahaya Danzaria, said plenary will resume on January 30.
