According to a statement from the command’s spokesperson, DSC Daniel Aidamenbor, the discovery was made during a joint operation with the Nigerian Army and TANTITA Security Service in Akure on Tuesday.

The reservoir was found hidden in a forest in Obe-Akingboye, located within the Ilaje Local Government Area. The operation took place on Sunday at approximately 2:12 pm, though no arrests were made, as the suspects had already fled the scene.
