Bright Osayi-Samuel has emphasized the importance of winning all of Fenerbahce’s remaining seven league matches if they are to stand a chance of clinching the Turkish Super Lig title. Following their 3-1 victory over Sivasspor on Saturday, Fenerbahce continue to trail leaders Galatasaray by just three points, with Galatasaray sitting at the top of the table with 74 points.
Speaking after the match, Osayi-Samuel stressed the need for complete focus: “We need to focus on ourselves. We have seven important matches. I think we will be champions if we win all the matches. Every match we play is a final.”
Fenerbahce, managed by Jose Mourinho, will face Kayserispor at home in their next league fixture on Sunday as the title race intensifies.
