Paternity Test: “I’m awaiting My Father-in-law’s Attorney,” Says Mohbad’s Wife

Omawumi Aloba, widow of the late Nigerian singer Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, popularly known as Mohbad, has addressed the reasons behind her delay in conducting a paternity test for her son, Liam Aloba.

Following the passing of Mohbad, there have been discussions and controversies surrounding the paternity of his son Liam.

In multiple interviews, the late singer’s father demanded that his daughter-in-law conducts a paternity test for his grandson.

Recently, Nigerian actress Alice Iyabo Ogunro, also known as Iyabo Ojo, vented her frustration in a widely shared live stream.

She talked about the specifics of her discussions about Liam’s paternity with Wumi.

Ojo claims that Wumi made it clear that she has no problem with anyone doing a DNA test, but she also made it clear that she would not be covering the cost.

Wumi added that before moving forward with the DNA test, she is waiting to hear from her father-in-law’s attorney.
