Italian pundit Giovanni Scotto has disclosed that Super Eagles striker, Victor Osimhen will join Paris Saint-Germain this summer (PSG).
Despite strong interest from English Premier League giants like Chelsea and Arsenal, PSG seems to have the edge.
Osimhen, although under contract with Napoli until 2025, is expected to depart from the Diego Maradona Stadium at the conclusion of the current season.
However, in a chat with CalcioNapoli, Scotto stated that the French Ligue 1, are in a favorable position to secure the signing of the talented player.
“De Laurentiis was reassured: Osimhen’s 120 million will come, I believe from Paris Saint Germain,” Scotto told CalcioNapoli, via Area Napoli.
“This money will compensate for the lost Champions League revenues and partially those from the Club World Cup.”
PSG is eyeing the Nigerian international as a prospective replacement for Kylian Mbappé, indicating their strong interest in acquiring him.
