Super Falcons Arrive South Africa Ahead Tuesday’s Clash against Banyana Banyana

As the second phase of the 2024 Olympic Games qualifications gets underway tomorrow, the Super Falcons arrived in South Africa on Monday.

Recall that last Friday at the MKO Abiola Stadium in Abuja, the Super Falcons narrowly defeated Banyana Banyana 1-0 in the first leg of their match, securing a spot in the women’s football competition at the Summer Olympics in Paris

Rasheedat Ajibade of Atletico Madrid Femini scored the only goal of the game from the spot in the 42nd minute after Uchenna Kanu was upended in the box.

The team will be hoping to seal a ticket to Paris when they battle Banyana Banyana at the Loftus Versfeld Stadium, Pretoria.
