Tems Praises Justin Bieber as “One of the Purest Souls” During Jennifer Hudson Show Appearance
Grammy-winning Nigerian singer Temilade Openiyi, known as Tems, recently shared her admiration for Canadian superstar Justin Bieber during an appearance on the Jennifer Hudson Show.
Tems described Bieber as “one of the purest souls I have ever met,” highlighting his kindness and support. She recounted how she managed to bring both Wizkid and Bieber onto her Coachella stage earlier this year.
“I was meant to do this Coachella performance, and Wizkid was in town, so we asked if he minded coming on, and he was like, ‘Yeah, of course, I’m going to come out,’” she explained.
On the day of the performance, Tems received a text from Bieber expressing his willingness to join her: “I’m around in case you want to bring me out.” She recalled the electric atmosphere when Bieber took the stage, saying, “The ground was shaking. Everybody was losing their minds. I was a bit startled. Justin, I love you!”
Tems, Wizkid, and Justin Bieber previously collaborated on the remix of the global hit “Essence,” further solidifying their connection in the music industry.
