Tinubu mourns Hajiya Dada Yar’Adua

President Bola Tinubu has expressed his heartfelt condolences to the Yar’Adua family following the death of Hajiya Dada, the revered mother of the late former President Umaru Yar’Adua and the late General Shehu Yar’Adua.

In a statement released by his spokesman Ajuri Ngelale on Monday, President Tinubu extended his sympathies to Senator Abdulaziz Yar’Adua, the people of Katsina State, and all those whose lives were touched by Hajiya Dada.

The statement read: “President Tinubu mourns the passing of Hajiya Dada while honoring her enduring legacy of compassion, faith, honesty, and goodwill.

The President prays for the repose of her soul and acknowledges that Hajiya Dada, the matriarch of the Yar’Adua family, will be remembered for the comfort, peace, and joy she brought to many.”
