The Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal, on Wednesday, rejected the European Union Election Observers Mission report on the 25 February presidential election tendered by Peter Obi and the Labour Party.
The court said that it rejected the report because it was not submitted by an officer of the body that is the author and has possession of the document.
The court also rejected the petitioners’ 18,088 blurred results sheets on the grounds that they are unrelated to any of the voting units to which the results pertained and which the petitioners failed to state in their petition.
